I have come to appreciate many things during my time away in cal of the fornias.
people watching.
the color green.
my husband and his kisses.
arizona freeways.
dramamine + rollercoasters.
suncreen. along with that aloe vera.
mi familia.
jacaranda trees, they grow so big + full in cali.
beach cruisers.
harry potter and the half blood prince on CD!
+ my camera.
it was cloudy the entire week, except for the two hours that i fell asleep on my stomach i guess….worst sun burn ive ever had… it was just as hard as i expected to enjoy myself while my love was stuck at the office. absence truly makes the heart grow fonder, it’s been so sweet to be home, although i do miss the cali weather. i had a lot of fun with my sisters, madre and padre. we visited huntington, venice, and stayed on the beach in laguna. thanks for letting me tag along!

You get the most burned when it's overcast. One, it's easier to stay out longer because it's not as hot. And two, the UVA/UVB rays are intensified by the persperation in the clouds... I learned that from bein a lifeguard ;) wink wink. haha.
