from the passenger seat.

blog_-384rrealblog3blog2caseykeeleblogcatarmy2 blogggcami’s summer part 2 in pictures.

photo 1: it’s been a journey, an all encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual journey this summer/year. my life has changed dramatically, and yet i have found myself through one of the most difficult trials and one of the most rewarding experiences. as im looking back im realizing that i had be broken, shattered even, in order to grow. so now i can say, im grateful. grateful for that trial. shocking on so many levels but true.

photo 2: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. in this case, wallpaper = bomb, so naturally i took a picture.

photo 3: couch.

photo 4: driving by my lonesome. listening to my inner thoughts. falling in love with Arizona over and over again. growing up all i wanted to do was get out of here and now all i want to do is stay. funny how things change.

photo 5: casey keele. he sings, he dances, he’s my boss from efy. he made me laugh, he made me cry, he made me see.

photo 6: these are little blessings from heaven designed to give children things to imagine and dream about while on long road trips. to me they were always an army of cats. the other shapes were their dog enemies….i was an interesting child.

photo 7: i wish i had pictures of all the amazing youth i’ve been blessed to interact with this summer. i learned some incredible life lessons that will help me be a better mother and wife someday, as well as a stronger church member. some of you have asked what efy is.. it’s summer camp. but more than that, it’s a powerful, life changing, eye opening experience for the youth of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. i was blessed to be a counselor and to teach and strive to be the best example i could for these youth and man did i feel inadequate. but i was molded and shaped and strengthened in ways i couldnt of dreamed possible. i learned through it that this life is about progress and continuously learning and now is my time to endure as well. thank you for an amazing summer all my little efy babies. yo mama loves you. thank you for all that you’ve taught me.
